State Senator Joe Markley points out that if we want to move CT into a different direction we need to change who is in our state senate & house. Joe reminds us that everyday regular people can become state senators. Joe is one of the many people who encouraged me to decide to step up & run for state senate. I am fighting against the career elitist politicians that have been driving up taxes & driving out jobs.
The big races for congress & statewide races need lots of money & many volunteers...
but for the state senate races all that is needed to qualify for state funding is someone willing to step up & run; with the campaign team working to raise $15,000 (which can be raised both in & out of the district) & 20 volunteers.
